Dreamr is a small application that uses rhythmic flashing lights to mimic brainwave patterns which then trigger your brain to respond appropriately. The range of mimicry varies from very deep relaxation (1-4 beats per second) to waking sleep (8-13 beats per second). Waking sleep has been describe by some as being a somewhat "trippy" state where the brain is in between wakefulness and the dream state. To use this application properly you must set your iPod/iPhone's brightness as high as possible. Find a dark, quiet place to relax, close your eyes, and place the the flashing screen to your face. Keep your eyes closed, you should be able to see the lights through your eyelids. You may need to adjust the speed of the flashing to trigger your own reactions.

If you feel any adverse affects, such as dizziness or nausea just pull the iPhone app away from your face and open your eyes. This should relieve these symptoms almost immediately.
